Moncler giacche, July 5 (UPI) -- Japanese Reconstruction Minister Ryu Matsumoto,

www.monclerjassenverkopen.com, resigned Tuesday after criticisms of his remarks concerning quake victims.
Matsumoto was appointed by Prime Minister Naoto Kan late last month to oversee reconstruction and relief work in northeast Japan devastated by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami.
His resignation could add to the political headaches of Kan,

Matsumoto last week was quoted as telling the governor of the quake-hit Miyagi Prefecture that no help could be given to the affected people unless the prefecture came up with ideas,
