TOKYO, May 9 (UPI) -- Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party prepared Monday to introduce legislation aimed at fighting the use of hidden cameras to take pictures of women. Taking pictures or video with hidden cameras is already illegal in the country, but it is prosecuted using prefectural government ordinances and the so-called Minor Offense Law. The LDP's Hidden Camera Footage Prevention Law would create nationwide standard punishments and raise fines for offenders,ugg pas cher, Mainichi Daily News reported.
