Just consider it Reader Appreciation Day (RAD ... ha!) here at Girls in the Beauty Department. Earlier, Beth showed you the Twiggy-esque pixie haircut ubercommenter Rizzle is rocking these days. Now, get ready to give props to a reader named Kawther. While the rest of us talked about how much we wanted to copy one of Blair Waldorf's braided hairstyles

As we all obsessed over the look--I know
the north face fleece jacket, some of you are over braids by now, but this was a while back--we also admitted it would be difficult to pull off without substantial hand-eye coordination and perhaps a friend's set of spare hands. Well, check out what Kawther managed entirely on her own.
Preeeetty impressive, in my opinion. The equivalent of me building a spaceship from scratch, given my levels of coordination. "The only thing I found tricky when doing it was tucking the braid behind my left ear (I started braiding from the right)
