Weather experts say China has experienced two rain belts this year. One was in South China,louboutin pas cher, and the other lies in the region between the Yellow River and the Huai River.

Four rounds of heavy rainfall have pounded South China since the end of May. The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,beats by dre, Guangdong Province and ten other provinces have suffered from the torrential rains.
