Episode two features recently qualified beauty therapy student and single mum, Samantha Harris, who destroyed her looks by smoking from the age of 17 and having too many sun-beds. This has left her with a bulldog frown, saggy eye-lids and wrinkly skin.
Competing against Sarah is ex-navy lad David Yule who is on the hunt for romance,
Boots UGG Pas Cher, but with only three teeth on top and the rest wobbling precariously in the wind, it's enough to make any woman run for the hills. David's gaunt face and weathered skin are the result of a 43-year-long smoking habit and a naturally thin physique.
Can the 10 Years Younger team help Samantha and David on their quest?
Talking to Telegraph.co.uk about taking over presenting duties on the series Klass says, "I'm really pleased to take over a show that has such a huge following. It's nice to be part of something that is positive and can change people's lives. It doesn't put people down in the process either. I hope to prove people don't have to resort to surgery these days.
Klass said she could identify with many of the contestants' issues, "I've personally experienced a lot of the feelings that the people of programme go through and feeling conscious of how I look."
Klass tells Channel4.com her top tips for looking good on the go:
"Make sure your hair is clean and fresh looking. Other than your face it's the first thing people notice. If you don't have time to wash it, then pull it back or wear a hat. Choose the correct product tailored to your hair type."
"Mascara opens up your eyes and is great especially for when you're feeling exhausted. It took me a long time to learn that you don't have to necessarily plaster your face in war paint; when it comes to make up, less really is more."
"Again,
www.uggbootsshop-ch.com, if you're tired or just a little flat, a white shirt acts as an automatic light reflector. When I'm on a photo shoot, there is usually a reflective sheet held under my chin or face to brighten up the image. Wearing a white or light top does exactly the same job and is a canny trick employed by nearly every celebrity I know when they're having an off day!"
