Get yourself into a good exercise workout. There’s no need for you to be pumping your biceps and triceps for hours; just go for half an hour of moderate exercise at least 4-5 times a week. Exercise will make you feel more fresh and rejuvenated than you’d feel lying on your couch. Do some of your favorite activities, like swimming, jogging, badminton, tennis, volleyball…these are great sports which can be great exercise as well as a lot of fun!
