The winner of Wednesday's table manners competition will be crowned Etiquette Champion of the World at the seventh annual Dine Around Downtown,monster beats headphones, lower Manhattan's yearly celebration of food and beverage. The event follows U.S. rules on decorum for the use of napkins,Monster Beats 2011, utensils and consumption. The contest begins at the Chase Manhattan Plaza where a host sits at a 6-foot round dining table with eight competitors. Any breach of manners will prompt the chief justice of the contest to ring the bell and deliver the bad news: "You are excused."
