Reuters is reporting that Muammar Gaddafi's son Saif al-Islam is planning to turn himself in to the International Criminal Court in The Hague. According to a senior Libyan military official,calibre cartier, Saif al-Islam and former intelligence chief Abdullah al-Senussi plan to surrender through an unnamed neighboring country, Reuters reports.

Al Arabiya, however, reports that the International Criminal Court has no proof that Saif al-Islam plans to surrender.

Saif al-Islam previously vowed not to surrender. His father Muammar Gaddafi was killed last Thursday in Sirte, Libya.
