HTC is preparing three wearable devices , including a clock on arrival at the Mobile World Congress and other features of the Google Now.
HTC has already said to be working on wearable devices and seems to present a preview of its first smartwatch at the Mobile World Congress 2014(hello kitty phone cases) which will take place in Barcelona February 24 to 27 . Following should arrive two other devices, one of which is characterized by technology Google Now .
According to Bloomberg by a person familiar with the plans of the house Taiwanese, the first smartwatch will be presented at MWC 2014 but only to telephone operators . There will therefore be no public reveal as HTC plans to release the device later in the year, but apparently the prototype will be based on the Mirasol technology - already seen in the watch toq Qualcomm - and will include Bluetooth connectivity and a music player. The other features have not yet been disclosed.
HTC is also developing another watch with the service Google Now and probably an AMOLED screen , as well as a smart bracelet that can play songs and have tracking activities dedicated to fitness , but it would still be able to show them to the public . Bloomberg emphasizes that the house Taiwanese has not yet decided whether to introduce them all on the market or not.
The first wearable device from HTC is expected to arrive in stores in time for mid- 2014, and will represent the input of the manufacturer in this segment of the market that is becoming increasingly crowded due to the release of new products. Sony has in fact already launched two smartwatch(iphone 4s cases) , Samsung will present the second model of the Galaxy Gear during the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2014, and other companies including Apple , LG and Google should make its foray into the sector by the end of the year. It will be focusing on wearable that HTC hopes to emerge from the crisis that hit in particular in 2013 .
