GULLUCE
Mulberry tasker, Turkey, Nov. 6 (UPI) -- Turkish homeowners in the eastern province of Kars said even though the area's phone service has been out for months they've been receiving phone bills.
The homeowners said their phone lines were downs during a heavy storm seven months ago but they have continued to receive monthly bills for phone services, the Dogan News Agency reported Tuesday.
One of the homeowners, Fuat Vargun

Vargun said the phone company has told him he needs to remove the broken poles and dig new pole ditches before they can repair the phone lines.
“I told them they were supposed to do that but no one has come,” he said.
