moncler jackets sale, Jan. 3 (UPI) -- A drug and alcohol rehabilitation official says New York teens have access to potent alcoholic drinks secretly being offered by local businesses.

cheap moncler, said street cocktails with names like "Nutcrackers" and the "Nemo" have become a popular and troubling alcohol option for the city's teens, the New York Daily News said Sunday.
The drinks are typically alcohol mixed with fruit punch, but some business operators reportedly add candy to the cocktail to make them sweeter for the young drinkers.
"It is a real phenomenon right now, and it needs a law enforcement response
discount mbt," Provet said. "Kids who start to abuse alcohol start to abuse things that are sweet."
A 15-year-old girl identified only as Shaquel admitted teens in the city do not even have to prove they are 21 to obtain the alcoholic cocktails from certain local barbershops and bodegas.
"Kids like them. You don't need ID to get them. It is like your first step toward drinking liquor," Shaquel told the Daily News.Related articles:
