After studying Latin, mathematics and social sciences, Virginia Efira entered the Higher National Institute of Performing Arts.

After spending some time in the theater conservatory, she was hired by Club RTL to present a youth broadcast, Mégamix. At the beginning of 2002, her first promotion comes: she presents daily shows and prime times of the Belgian Star Academy.

She becomes a weather presenter for M6, then replaces Benjamin Castaldi in the main broadcast of the channel, La Nouvelle Star (sort of X Factor), when he left for TF1.

Canal + noticed the presenter and offered her a contract with Omar and Fred (humorists) that she accepts.

While her success is mostly due to television, she does not abandon her dreams of appearing on stage. In 2004,Monograme Portefeuille LV, she dubs Jennifer Love Hewitt in Garfield, the movie. Cauet dubbed Garfield. In 2005,sac lancel, she plays on stage in Belgium in "For his eyes only" of Rene de Obaldia.
