TOKYO Moncler jacken, Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Japan and India have agreed to bolster their defense ties, committing to an action plan that will enhance cooperation in areas including maritime security and counter-terrorism. The agreement coincides with Japan's decision to provide $5 billion in fresh aid to Afghanistan despite plans to recall refueling ships supporting U.S.-led forces there.
