Debra Wong Yang to the city Board of Police Commissioners.Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa nominated Yang Coach Tasc, who is also a former Superior Court judge ugg boots shop, in August.Yang joins the commission at a time when it is searching for a replacement for outgoing Police Chief William J.
