www.monclersdanmark.com, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- A teacher's refusal to sing the national anthem and salute the flag is headed to Japan's Supreme Court.
English teacher Hiroko Arai was reprimanded and her pay cut for her defiance during a 2004 school ceremony. Now some 400 teachers have joined her in a class-action lawsuit
