OTTAWA, Nov. 1 (Xinhuanet) -- An official investigation into a federal sponsorship scandal in Canada cleared Prime Minister Paul Martin of wrongdoing Tuesday but pointed the finger at his predecessor, former Prime Minister Jean Chretien.
