Hinojosa to head Dallas schools
DALLAS, April 29 (UPI) -- A veteran Texas educator will head schools in Dallas where he grew up after migrating from Mexico as a child. Michael Hinojosa, 48, was hired Thursday by the Dallas school board to succeed Mike Moses as superintendent. His $300,000 annual salary will include incentives to improve academic achievement in the district.
