IMPORTANT UPDATE

We have contacted HTC and tell us that everything seems to be a misunderstanding by the Reuters reporter with HTC. It seems that the explanation for what happened is very simple, since HTC has moved to new premises and the closed sign is of the above.
Very good news , no one wants to see one of the major manufacturers of HTC offside :)

They say that where there's smoke there's fire . A few days ago we told the fragile situation of HTC(HTC One M7 Cases) , in which its CEO Peter Chou has had to delegate tasks to the co-founder Cher Wang , in what was seen as a move that reflects the lack of confidence that the firm has in its current and chief strategy pursued in recent months. Well it seems that things are going to get worse , is that HTC has closed one of its main product lines.

According to Reuters Taoyuan factory this morning has dawned with the sign " closed" . The Taoyuan is one of the four main production lines , and it appears that its more than 700 million dollars of debt begin to take its toll.

The closure of this line could be directed apparently to combine two factories producing a single line , reducing manufacturing capacity by 1 million phones per month .

But the closure of this line may not be an isolated case, only the first confirmed , as some sources Reuters indicate that most HTC(cheap iphone 5 case) factories , located in Shanghai , could have also closed , reducing the total units 2 million phones that this plant produces a month.

What tells us all S0 ? Is this the end of HTC ? I think we must not anticipate events , and even the closing of a major production lines is a very bad sign , there is still much for something catastrophic happens in HTC(Fashion Samsung Galaxy S3 Cases) , much less to see the end of the manufacturer .

In fact the company has refused to have closed some of their factories , but it seems that did not have words to explain why the Reuters reporter found a sign indicating otherwise in Taoyuan plant , claiming that like any other manufacturers have to adapt to market needs . And a big cut in production would have more to do with domestic economic problems with lack of demand.

Nevertheless HTC still has many exits. One option that is being planned is to split the company into two parts, the design and production , possibly outsourcing the latter as do many others. This could solve many of its economic problems.

What is clear is that something is moving in HTC , and the changes will be sudden and will arrive soon.
