Q1: Why are our prices so low?
Our prices are relatively lower than what you would find at the local mall or even other online stores. You may wonder, "How is this possible?" We are able to provide a very low price but in good quality products, for being online, we can take advantages

expensive stores to lease, air condition to install,cleaning fee to pay. All orders are placed online, via fax, the e-mail by the customer. 
Unlike stores in your neighborhoods or some online stores, we do not buy from "wholesalers" who buy from other
"wholesalers", who in turn buy their products from yet another "wholesaler". By ordering from us, you are removing a lot of people in the middle. Fewer people in the middle means fewer price markups along the way. Please bear in mind that all of the products are all made with good quality. We believe that if you get a good price, a good product, and a good shopping experience, you will tell all your friends about us! 

Q2: What does the price show on our website?
We are a professional store which will surely provide you contented service, not only on the quality, but also on the price.

Q3: Are these Authentic products?
No, the authentic products can only be bought from authorized dealers; however, they share the same delicate texture and fine workmanship with authentic products, which you cannot tell from completely authentic ones. Our products are high imitation products but with much cheaper and competitive prices.

Q4: Can I choose rush order service?
Our principle lies in making sure you would get the most considerate service. If you want to use rush order, once you give us the reasonable reasons, we, of course, try our best to meet your needs.
