piumini moncler, May 14 (UPI) -- A retired New York police sergeant has been charged with harassing former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and others with crank phone calls.

Moncler giacche, the New York Daily News reported. He has been charged with criminal impersonation and aggravated harassment.
A judge issued orders of protection barring Lopez from contact with Giuliani and his other alleged victims.
Investigators say many of the recipients were told to call or report to Assistant Chief Michael O'Shea
