The food, including delicacies like shrimp cocktail, roast beef and chocolate souffle lefovers from Super Bowl parties, has been donated to Forgotten Harvest, an organization that encourages donations of surplus food from restaurants and stores.

Forgotten Harvest was founded in 1990. It now collects 580
