A Costa Mesa woman slain in a double homicide during a domestic dispute was identified Wednesday as Emily Ford. Ford was a preschool special instruction aide at Paularino Elementary School and has a daughter who attends Sonora Elementary School Chaquetas Canada Goose, the Newport-Mesa Unified School District said in a statement. Both schools are in Costa Mesa.Police said Ford and her father were shot by her ex-husband during a domestic dispute Tuesday night in the 3400 block of Santa Clara Circle.Authorities have not released the name of the father but said he was a 62-year-old Downey resident.
