thomas sabo kette, Nov. 14 (UPI) -- U.S. President George Bush said Friday he will nominate federal prosecutor Neil Barofsky to watchdog the $700 billion financial markets rescue plan.
If Barofsky's nomination is approved he would be the special inspector general for the Troubled Asset Relief Program at the Treasury Department

Barofsky currently is an assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York and chief of the Mortgage Fraud Group
