Burbank police arrested a man suspected of being the so-called Burbank Flasher on Sunday.  Vincent Ernest Gaston Goedkoop Moncler, 51 mbt outlet, of Los Angeles ugg boot outlet, is being held in lieu of $50 Gucci outlet italia,000 bail on suspicion of committing lewd acts cheap moncler jackets, said Sgt.
