The singer fell in love with a parakeet at the California Pet Centre on Wednesday. ‘Britney had just picked up some dog food when she spotted the parakeets and decided to buy one ugg classic short,' an eyewitness tells People Pets. ‘She settled on a yellow parakeet and bought a big Ugg Classic Crochet Boots, white cage and several toys for the bird.
