LONDON, June 12 (UPI) -- Bloggers and online journalists would face scrutiny from a government regulator if British Prime Minister Tony Blair had his way.

Blair said the separate government regulatory systems for newspapers and television need to be revised.
"As the technology blurs the distinction between papers and television
