, of Naples said he was fishing in the Gulf of Mexico Thursday morning when his fishing partner hooked a barracuda that then jumped out of the water and over the boat -- knocking Zeliff over and cutting through tendons on the top of his left forearm

, said a barracuda's razor-sharp teeth can cause serious injury.
"It's more like a buzz saw
