Arkansas law against gays struck down
LITTLE ROCK, Ark., June 30 (UPI) -- In a unanimous ruling, the Arkansas Supreme Court struck down a law barring homosexuals from serving as foster parents ray ban sonnenbrillen männer, but ban supporters vowed to fight back. The high court ruled that the state's child welfare review board overstepped its statutory authority when it considered morality in developing the regulation that banned gays from the state program, the report said. The law had been challenged by the American Civil Liberties Union of Arkansas.
