An 8-year-old boy may have witnessed the fatal shooting of a man and the wounding of a woman this morning inside a Fontana apartment peak performance skijacke, authorities said. “The 8-year-old ran to a neighbor’s and reported there had been a shooting in the apartment Ralph lauren outlet,” said Sgt. Jeff Decker of the Fontana Police department. The shooting occurred about 9 a.m. today at the Arborgate Apartments in the 6500 block of Arrow Boulevard. Authorities say they are now looking at other possibilities.
