China is currently at a developmental stage in its use of recycled metals. Industry concentration is low and lacks effective regulation and management. There are more than 300 producers of recycled lead,burberry pas cher, which had an average capacity of 4,100 tons in 2009, the statement said.

"This is why the plan highlights the government's decision to establish (by consolidation) a couple of major producers with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons," Han said.

The country expects to produce about 12 million tons of recycled base metals in 2015, compared with 6.33 million tons in 2009.
