The person I admire is my Manager Nevin Sequira. I first met him when I went for my first job interview. He was a tall guy and had a very sophisticated look.

I got the job and he was my immediate supervisor. He was very helpful and intelligent. He was very good in managing the team. There wasn't anyone in the team who had any sort of issues with him. He was impartial and a great team player. As a new joinee, I never had any problems as I knew that Nevin would be there to help me. He was a excellent problem solver. During my tenure, we went for a couple of team outings where I felt that he was also fun to be with. Everyone loved his company. He was a perfect gentleman.

Though, there are many traits, I would like to like develop his efficient problem solving skill the most.
